This is what happened:

They emptied a garbage bin (you know, the small ones almost everyone has).
When they brought the bin down again, it slipped, and fell on her car.

So now the car is at the garage, got a new car for the time being, and now im gonna call the company that did it.

I already called them 3 hours ago, but they didnt call back yet... so im kinda pissed.
