Then you need a new motherboard as well.

The GTS250 is not really a powerfull card. Get a GTX460.

Cpu is fine! double the ram to 4gb!(be aware if DDR2 or 3 - depending on your cpu) gtx460 1gb (220,-€) !

Dont get an i7 get the i5 750 got 8 working stations works awsome with the new games.
In holland it costs like 160 euros
amd 5770 1024 is a good 1 to not that exepnce as to gtx 460 but its almost just as good as the gtx 460 get 4 gb of ram and your good to go
