TS problem

Ive got a TS problem and i cant seem to fix it myself maybe one of you can help me with it.

The problem is as follow:

Ive got ts running i can see in my toolbar that its working fine but when i try to maximize it it doesnt appear on my screen so if i want want to change my name or go to another channel i cant. im stuck in welcome channel as guest, can hear everything perfectly and all so it works fine. Ive tried to reinstall....nothing. Anyone got a advice or sugestions???

Press the ÂÂ*blue button and ts will appear.

thats the strange part, it appears on the taskbar but not on the screen

Well, right click the blue icon and select show?

did you ever had 2 monitors connected?

Try this:
select the TS³ icon on the taskbar (in the middle of the bottom - not the "tray" to the right!);
then press "ALT" + "Space" and then hit "x"
- these are the shortcuts for program system menu ("ALT" + "Space") + maximize ("x").
