New Gameleaders for BC2

Well people, we found new gameleaders for BC2.

Effective immediately, HelloKitty, Kenzey and Jaskaman are promoted to Gameleader BC2.

They will devide up the jobs and lead the BC2 section, organise events and organise wars.

Congrats guys!
