Rusty try going to:SteamCommunity.com (http://steamcommunity.com) and login then click view my profile then look what it says in the browser url e.g. mynes http://steamcommunity.com/id/SnakeUK/home << then copy and paste the id: (SnakeUK) into the steamcalculator and walla it will work :D

The issue is your getting confused with your login name to your id name... there different :)

lol actually most of them I have bought myself, like Crysis, BF2 complete, mass effect 1 and 2, Dragon Age 1 and 2, BC2 etc.
