Vanilla? (all maps)

Specialist? (only certain maps)

Biassed vanilla? (all maps but more rounds of some than others)


Im guessing since theres a lot of engineers that karkand/oman would be popular, but tbh im thinking that there is suddenly going to be a LOT of karkand/oman, and oman only servers out there and do we need to add to them?

second is if we want to attract other playing members then we should make some attempt to cater for all tastes, even the horrible CQ maps...in which case a biassed vehicle heavy rotation would be the way to go...say 4x 4x 2x 2x or x6 x6 x3 x2, something like that...maybe even oman/kark/bas/oman/kark/sha 2x 3x something

What we did in the past, is put maps in the rotation we all liked, and which the general public likes.

When we get more players (and servers) we can find a niche (like Karkand only) for example.

I would say put all maps in, but some a bit more than others. (Biased vanilla)

"All maps more rounds of Some Than Others" in my opinion, is the best choice. People like vehicles. think Karkand & oman are preferred by most but put only those maps would be a mistake.

We must have all maps and have plans for all maps. I'm not sure what the general community likes best to be honest; it will be interesting to see if ÂÂ*tons of servers pop up with just infantry maps or vice versa. I would advise starting it on stock rotation and see what the feeling is from the players we get in - and of course our own members.

I have to agree with Zert here.
Just because we favor certain maps over others doenst mean we should give in and simply not play Basra.
When the wars start we must be prepared in all maps and know all maps like the inside of our backpack.
