I never organised a pcw before but I do have a few markers to point out. The P4F Community can take part in this discussion.
Back to basics. Get ALL 4 of your characters to level 20. This is a must for everyone. Without this, you will not be eligible to enter.
1. At least 1 week notice when organising a pcw, whichever map is chosen (see 2 and 4)
2. Choose a specific day to get everyone on a private server and play against each other.
3. Enough credits to purchase dual weapons/armor (not a must but its good to have some loose change)
4. Join a server with the particular map selected and practice on public
5. Come on TeamSpeak at least 30 minutes to an hour before the match for tactics
6. Adjust training points for your particular soldier for the given map.
