I am here to get some hints and tips about upgrading my computer and making it more silent. and for a budget.

need recommendations, as i dont know the first thing about GPUs anymore. nor fans and watercooling. dont know where the bottleneck is.

Bumping this, and adding a cap of 1200 euros, or 10000 is kroners spendage. now gimme some recommendations folks.

You got an "upgrade" budget of €1200? Rather buy a new pc... keep the HDD.

lets say id rather not spend more than that, and that its an upper level cap. not that its the money i am looking to spend. id rather spend as little money as possible, as i spent quite enough money on this computer last year.

So you're looking for water cooling or something else to make it more silent.
Are you also looking to upgrade the performance?

Then I would get 2 GPUs, new power and cooling.
Although the 2600k CPUs are also fast.... hmmmmmm

you need an upgrade too frank, I would buy your 5850 but I just bought one already 8)
