In the Messagebox , where it shows the italic, bold etc etc, there is a little youtube icon, click that, it will bring up ..

Now, take a youtubelink, for example the one you used.

Thats the link. Now what you want to do is delete everything after and including the '&' symbol. That link will become this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE4M7ZD4JL8

Now you place that between the 2 youtube brackets :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE4M7ZD4JL8

Edit: ow i realise you just put the link without the & + follwing in the box it comes up with. then its done haha :P
