This dude is real strange.
I`m thinking of hacks here.
He have 450 Accuracy`s ribbons and 9 accuracy`s medals. YET his accurasy is only 6,2%.
He have more HS with the support wepons then the sniper rifle.
I say this dude hack but he dumps the accuracy with the support wepons.
You can see this becuse he have with the M249 800 kills, of that is 662 HS yet the accuracy is only 16%. I say he dumps bullets in a walll some where.

its because he made all kills with hes knife, speed hacking. I was the one reporting it to Gisse who help me get rid of this guy.
He was using some type of speed hack.
