According to this sheet, a one-time-fee of €49.99 or $49.99 will net you all five Battlefield 3 expansion packs including Back to Karkand, Close Quarters, Armored Kill, Aftermath and End Game. It will be available for purchase on June 4th, 2012 across all platforms.

Included in these five expansions are 20 maps, 20 new weapons, 10+ new vehicles, 4 new game modes, 30+ Assignments and 20+ new dog tags.

Good job alienating your playerbase, DICE...
I must admit it holds great value for the price since every DLC will be about 15€ and you're getting a few extras as well but it gives premium members a huge advantage over normal players and it is just another money grabbing tactic Ã* la EA...
Besides since I know little to nothing about the next 3 DLCs I don't really want to pay for something far in the future that might be shit Â*:?

I agree with ExLee on the future investment part. I've learned it can be hard to predict when you get bored with a game so it's best to be careful with putting money into future playing time or expansions.

On the other hand I have to disagree with some of the comments I read online about the costs of these games. It might not make me popular but I think that when a game is as awesome as BF 3 for example, with it's fantastic multiplayer aspects that gives it almost endless replayability, the price is simply worth it. If I run the numbers and spread the purchase price out over the amount of time playing the game it will probably amount to paying about 5-10 euro's a month in the end. This is not a lot for all the hours I spend enjoying this game.

I do think the option to buy unlockable content (weapons) is extremely lame though. Ugh...

its worthless, what i heard you just pay the same price for every single DLC not cheaper or whatever, so you just pay 50 euro for just the first things you get free and WOW 2 weeks earlier o.O Ho crap..

On the start B2K was 15€. Since a few weeks it is available for 7€. So If you don' t need to play the DLCs from start and don't need to have the bonus stuff - The premium is not neccessary. But I think I m gonna take it...

Got premium, but for some reason it doesn't install.. I cant seem to play any new maps. we are supposed to be able to play those once we bought premium right? any1 has this problem or am I just so braindead for not seeing something obvious?

No the CQ maps are not released as yet, once you have bought Premium the additional guns and new knife is available however the CQ maps will be released around mid morning today 12/06.
