Permenantly banned for disrespecting the admins. (chatlog appears not to work?)
Although he actually deserved to be banned earlier for somewhat the same reasons and also for just asking for a ban.

I could not agree more, please keep this ban permanent as he not only insulted players and admins alike, he also made threats that he was going to kill us etc.
I also made a written report about him to EA moderators regarding this behaviour, hopefully they will be as forthcoming now as in the past about it.
