How to TS3?

So, im basicly new to teamspeak and I have no idea how it works. I have downloaded Teamspeak3 and connected to ts3.oldguys.eu and this is where i end up. (player asked me to join the TS even though my mic is broken (ill get a new one tomorrow)). Is there supposed to be no one? Seems a bid weird to me...

Can anyone assist me?

I think you logged in to a wrong server. Use the server that have portnumber 9988
