After the server was updated with railcraft en buildcraft yesterday, some of us experienced Â*weird stuff (when using a minecart)
I think i found the solution to this minecart problem:
It is important to note that in order for Tekkit to work correctly on a server, the server owner must op the mod itself, by typing '/Op [railcraft]'. This is because the mod needs permission to interact with the environment.
