Avatar creation - need help

[Enforcer]

hi there i am looking for someone whos is skilled in phothoshop or something like that?!

i am a total noob, i am glad when i can fromat a picture with MS Paint xD

I would like to have that squard logo an that desert camo in the background, maybe my Nickname "Enforcer" across the avatar...
