You can get into beta if :
A: You Pre-ordered Medal of Honor Warfighter when it was released.
B: You are Battlefield 3 Premium member.
C: You pre-ordered Battlefield 4


Those are the way known to get in beta.
It's unknown if the beta will go public.

28 sept. preload beta
1 oct. closed beta (BF3 premium, MOH, BF4 preorders)
5 oct. open beta (for everyone) Open beta lasts for 2 weeks.
