Ban request - Titan-KoktA - statspadding

Played with a clan-member (Titan-Lugo35) on opposite sides. Consistently high scores but that could just be skill. Kept talking in what I presume was a Slavic language. I warned them to stick to English. Then by chance I was killed by Lugo35 and in my deatch-cam I saw Kokta right next to Lugo35. So I expected to see one of their names to show up in the kill-list. That didn't happen, which made me curious. I went to the area I had last seen them (stairs east of main road) and saw them standing next to each other. They turned around a couple of times so they must have seen each other. Sadly I forgot to take a screenie. I did see them shoot other players but not each other. I then warned them to expect a perma-ban and kicked them from the server.

I will make the same request for Lugo35.

Maybe not, I can't be the judge of that but I know what I saw on the server. These Titan-boys were teaming-up whilst on opposite sides. If that isn't statspadding, I don't know what is.
