Listen up Soldiers!
The next phase of weapon balancing is upon us and on this occasion we'll be a taking a first look at the SMGs of the Engineer class. On this occasion we will also be making changes to one of the SMG attachments that has proven to provide a little too much improvement when attached to certain weapons.
As well as these channges the already existing changes to the Assault Rifles and LMGs from last week's tests are still in place.
Below are details of the changes made to these weapons. Changes in red are performance reductions and those in green are performance increases.
9A-91
Deviation build has been increased and deviation reset decreased. Previously the gun didn't really build any deviation due to its low rate of fire and its high reset value made the deviation virtually nil with some stocks. Long damage has been increased to better reflect its described long range capacity
DevBuild increased from 0.32 to 0.42
DevReset decreased from 0.15 to 0.11
LongMinDamage increased from 11 to 14
LongMaxDamage increased from 15 to 16
AKS-74U
Magazine size has been increased and number of mags decreased to make the gun last longer between reloads. Recoil when ADS has been reduced
NrOfMags decreased from 5 to 4
MagSize increased from 15 to 22
RecoilZoomMod decreased from 0.7 to 0.6
AS-VAL
Deviation build per shot has been increased to decrease its long burst capability. Medium damage has been reduced and instead the medium range break point has been extended
DevBuild increased from 0.3 to 0.33
MediumMinDamage decreased from 17 to 15
MediumMaxDamage decreased from 21 to 19
MedDistance increased from 20 to 25
P-90
Deviation when ADSing has been reduced

Deviation has been increased generally and damage reduced on medium and long range

Deviation build has been increased and reset decreased substantially to counter its long range accuracy. The hip fire deviation has been hit harder than the ADS. Initial deviation has been slightly improved.

DevBuild increased from 0.32 to 0.34
DevReset decreased from 0.15 to 0.135

Recoil has been reduced
Recoil U/D decreased from 1.3/0.35 to 1.05/0.35
Recoil L/R decreased from -0.9/0.9 to -0.6/0.6
PDW-R
Deviation build per shot has been reduced and the ADS benefit on deviation has been reduced slightly
DevModZoom increased from 0.65 to 0.67
DevBuild decreased from 0.45 to 0.42
PP-19
Deviation build per shot has been reduced
DevBuild decreased from 0.37 to 0.35
PP-2000
Number of mags has been increased by one
NrOfMags increased from 3 to 4
UZI
Medium and long range damage have been increased at the lower end of the damage span

Reload time has been decreased, initial deviation and deviation build per bullet have been improved but deviation reset has been reduced to keep the accuracy to short bursts

DevBuild decreased from 0.4 to 0.32
DevReset decreased from 0.13 to 0.1
SMG Balanced Stock
The Balanced Stock has had a substantial reduction of its deviation reset improving capacity to counteract the way it reduced deviation to virtually nil on some guns. Deviation build reduction capacity has also been cut back a bit
