Damavand #7 Stopped Working

I just got some complaints from players that our US #7 Damavand server has stopped functioning.
It loads you in ,but it will give you a black screen instead of a loadout screen.


I tested this myself and it indeed doesn't work.
The player (Jonthan93 (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/jonthan93/)) tryed filling to server (props to him for that) and when the 4th guy joined, the server reloaded the round and the screen went black. After that it has been showing this behavior.

Can somebody look at this, maybe reboot the server?
