If you are a nvidia user use this driver for BF4:

And if you are a amd user use this one!:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx
These drivers are specially released for BF4 and improve gameplay a lot!
Uninstall your driver before installing the new one!!!!!!!!!!
