Forming dedicated team for wars/scrims

As all have noticed there is no dedicated war/scrim team left.
All know the results of the last series of wars.....

If we want to be somewhat succesfull, we need to get a dedicated team back up (minimum 8-9 players needed in the base team to be able to do constructive 6 versus 6 wars/scrims).
This dedicated team commits to do trainings as a team as well as play together on open servers to practice tactics/skills that have been trained.

Only then it will be feasable to do wars again.

So, here are the questions:

1. Who wants to be part of that team?
2. On which days (preferably 2 evenings a week) would you be available for training?

I hope we can get this back on the road!

We have tried and failed due to not enough dedicated members.
