Live Streaming tips & tools HELP!

Yo guys,

Now i got my new Graphic card also good internet speed.

i wanna try some live stream, i got a Twitch account and i now you can use it with open broadcaster ( thats free)

but i dont know how to set it up, so maybe some of you can help ? and maybe you do know!
