weapon attachments M27 IAR and the M249 SAW

I got some funds and i want to play on my medic, but now i have my m27 iar and my m249 saw and i dont know what attachments are the best for it...

i think it is this:

m27 iar...
precision barrel, viper mags, thunderbolt stock, rapidaim reddot.

m249 saw...
i dont have one for that one...

can someone plz help me for the best attachments for these weapons???

I play it with Viper, Precision, Red Dot and Tactical, but i am still searching for the perfect setup.
(Note: I need a gun that is good on mid to long range, for short i take the sidearm on the medic).

Or you do as Eindbaas said, and get BF4. A great game, where you have the guarantee of the developers that they will patch a new (or sometimes old) bug into a bugfix, so it stays exciting...

I'd swap the thunderbolt stock for the tactical, better bullet groupsiwe and less deviation but you'll have normal recil.. so it depends on if you want better devation or better better ADS and hipfire recoil (upwards)
