This user believes that the issuance and enforcement of the rules by a moderator have no significance, and that because he can connect to the server, he is free to do as he pleases. Numerous users have complained in regards to this user, one in particular asking him to stop, stating that Louis..Cypher is ruining his night. This sort of behavior has long gone unpunished, and results in OG #8 earning a reputation among players as a "rule-free zone" during US night hours, when European moderators are still asleep. Louis..Cypher's perpetual bad behavior has challenged the patience of multiple OG trial members and regular OG-server players.

We are trying to maintain OG #8 as a fun and friendly place for all to enjoy, except for those who refuse to abide by the rules which OG has set forth. OG continues to allow this player access to its servers, resulting in this user enjoying the benefits of a server which largely goes unmoderated, and continues gaining credits by doing as he pleases since the rules are not enforced during the time which European moderators are asleep. This user's total disregard for the rules and lack of respect for the fact that people are paying money for others to enjoy this server, should be taken into consideration when issuing the permaban.
