Need A Perm Ban Set On Him

1. Player was just trolling. Kick would have been sufficient.
2. He was only kicked 1 time! we dont ban after 1 kick!!
3. You say you wanted to ban him for 2 days: my post SPECIFICALLY states that mods are only allowed a value 1!!
4. You did not use the correct format, so the ban lifted itself after 40 seconds.
